	To support and promote continuity of patient care within a multidisciplinary integrated team approach which coordinates the care given within York Medical with the associated services offered by the broader medical community.
	To be responsive to the ever changing health care needs of our patients and the broader community, adopting current and progressive approaches and methods, and providing an increasing range of services to meet these changing needs.
	To recognize and be responsive to, political policies which affect the quality of patient care or patient access to health care and to act responsibly to keep our patients and the broader community informed of these issues.
